Dashboard features include drag-and-drop chart builders with 20+ visualization types, scheduled PDF/CSV report exports, custom metric definitions via SQL editor, role-based access controls (admin, editor, viewer), white-label branding with custom domains and logos, and embeddable widgets via iframe or React SDK. An AI insights layer automatically surfaces anomalies (sudden metric drops), trends (sustained growth in a segment), and recommendations (churn risk alerts based on usage decline). The platform reduced tenants' time-to-insight from weeks to seconds and achieved 99.9% uptime since launch.
