Clients saw average rating improve by 0.8 stars and response time drop from 48 hours to under 2 hours. The platform connects to review platform APIs and scrapes additional sources via structured data extraction. A natural language processing pipeline analyzes each review for sentiment polarity, emotional tone, key topics (pricing, service quality, wait times, product features), and entity extraction (staff names, location references, product names). Automated response drafts are generated using fine-tuned language models that match the business's established brand voice. Review responses maintain consistent messaging while being specific to the customer's feedback — thanking them for positive comments and addressing concerns in negative reviews constructively. Smart routing assigns complex or high-priority negative reviews to human managers with full review context. A competitive benchmarking module tracks how the business's ratings stack up against competitors in the same category and geographic area.
