The platform integrates with major CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive to sync lead status, activity history, and communication logs in real time. Custom-built scoring models prioritize leads based on engagement signals — email opens, link clicks, website visits, and call duration — ensuring sales teams focus on the highest-intent prospects first. A scheduled follow-up engine automates multichannel sequences with personalization tokens populated from CRM fields.
